1 1/2 lb firm white cabbage-finely shredded
2 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons dried unsweetened coconut-coarse chopped
1/4 cup raisins or currents
1/4 cup raw cashew nuts -coarse chop
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Heat oil and turmeric in large skillet or wok to medium high.
Add cabbage and stir fry for 3 minutes or until cabbage has softened and reduced but is still crisp.
Stir in the coconut, raisins, and cashews.
Season to taste.
Serve immediately.
