4 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
ΒΌ sea salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Toss broccoli with oil, salt and pepper.
Place broccoli on large baking sheet (not air-insulated)
Roast until broccoli is tender and blackened on bottom, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges
