Bring oats and water to boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 30-40 minutes or until desired texture.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet. Add shallots cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook for 8 min or until mushrooms have released all of their juices and shrunken down. Add kale, cover and steam cook for 2 min, or until wilted.
Whsk together 2 tablespoons warm water, miso, tamari, tahini. Stir into cooked oats, add yeast or cheese, stir. Stir in cooked vegetables. Season with Salt and pepper. Divide into bowls, top with cooked egg and bacon.
