On my last birthday question came up and now that I have had a stroke (Link) they are even more poignant. Have you ever found yourself asking:

I knew I didn’t want to be asking myself those questions on my next birthday or fast forward twenty years to when I would be in my late eighties! I didn't want my life to be littered with regret at that age!
In any case the body ages with time but 70% of aging and half of all sicknesses after age 50 is governed by lifestyle.
The good news is that you can turn back your biological age by programing health to last longer with vigor and functionality.
You can make sure that when you're looking back in your 80s and 90s you're not wondering where did my life go.
This doesn’t happen overnight. It’s layering little strategies on a daily basis so it becomes a way of life created by design - not by default.
So how do you add more years to your life and infuse more life in your years?
We all have made bad decisions and have had bad habits in life but you can pour that cocktail down the drain and forgive yourself and take a second chance at the life you want.
