Do you want to be younger next year? You decide.

A few months before I turned 65 my mailbox became infested with propaganda related to aging:

·      notices about Medicare, AARP, senior centers

·      shoes for seniors, hearing aids, and grave-sites!

I was not ready to be considered a “senior” because I believe age is a relative thing and being ageless is a choice.

Though we talk about wanting to “age gracefully”, the truth is that when it comes to getting older, we’re programmed to dread decline and decay: in our health, our looks, our relationships, even the pleasure we take in living life.

It' true-getting older is inevitable.  But aging is optional.

Are you on the slippery slope now?  Every year a litter fatter, slower, weaker, more pain-racked, more apathetic?

There is an immutable biology of aging that you can’t do anything about-hair gets gray, gravity takes its toll, skin degenerates.

You might look old but you don’t have to act and feel old.  In our 40’s and 50’s our bodies switch into a “default to decay” mode.  You can override those default signals.

What’s vital is HOW you’re going to age.  Your decisions and choices can make a profound difference in your health, well-being and vitality.

Consider this:

·      We start to age by the end of our 20’s.

·      70% of aging after 50 is governed by our lifestyle.

·      Half of all sickness we are told to anticipate after we turn 50 can be virtually eliminated.

·      Most American women will live in to their mid 80’s or nineties whether they are in great shape or shuffling around on walkers.

How you live those years is up to you.  You get to decide to take charge.  Your choice - do something.

“What do I have to do?” you might ask.

It’s hard to summarize but I have boiled it down to 4 keys:  Exercise, nutrition, commitment, engagement with life.

Today’s golden key is exercise.

You should exercise almost every day of your life.  Exercise is the master signaler for your body to build muscles, heart, capillaries, tendons, joints, bones, coordination, etc.

With daily exercise, you will heighten your immune system, sleep better, lose weight, regulate insulin and fat burning.

If you are active and engaged every day you can resist and even swim against the tide to rejuvenate your physical and mental well-being

In my Changing Aging program I’ll teach you:

·      How improving the diet is one of the most powerful age reset buttons available.

·      To make positive choices one step at a time so you get the strength and desire to do more.

·       How to ignite and sustain vitality with a healthy invigorated lifestyle so you will look and feel younger with a better functioning body for the long haul.

Are you ready to infuse more life in your years?
